The College of Computer Science and Technology now has the Department of Computer Science and Technology, the Department of Software Engineering, the Department of Internet of Things Engineering, the Department of Data Science and Big Data Technology, the Program of Intelligent Science and Technology, the Department of Basic Computer Teaching, the Basic Computer Experiment Center, the Computer Experiment Center, the Heilongjiang Provincial Language Intelligence Engineering and Technology Research Center, the Institute of Intelligent Science and Technology, the Big Data Research Institute, the Cloud Computing and Big Data Engineering and Technology R&D Center. The Computer Science and Technology program was approved as a national first-class professional construction pilot project in 2021.

The college is based on the local area, radiates to the whole country, faces the IT industry, establishes the mechanism of joint cultivation between schools and enterprises, and jointly sets up the engineering practice center, engineering technology research and development center. A provincial new R&D institution in Heilongjiang Province was officially listed in our college in 2021. It was elected as the executive director unit of the national cybersecurity industry industry-education integration community in 2023. The college develops in-depth cooperation with enterprises and carries out “order-oriented” talent training to form a virtuous cycle of school-enterprise cooperation.
